Agent Provocateur takes email marketing in-house

Agent Provocateur has moved its email marketing in-house as part of a plan to put in place a new email marketing strategy.

The luxury lingerie brand will be using Emailvision‘s Campaign Commander, an

on-demand SaaS platform, to enable it to create sophisticated, targeted email campaigns and grow online revenues.

“Our customers are incredibly loyal to the brand and we want to reward them by sending the most relevant, targeted and engaging communications possible,” says Joanna Kelly, senior ecommerce manager at Agent Provocateur. “Email will be a critical communications vehicle for this so we have partnered with Emailvision to increase the sophistication of our programme, improve our campaign development processes and maximise the value of the channel.”
