Amazon’s director of supply chain and availability, Gregor Ulitzka, has left the company after over 10 years.
He joined the commerce giant in 2012 after being appointed senior manager of direct import in the EU, a position he held for over five years.

He was later promoted to lead the EU supply chains programme and director of supply chain programs.
Prior to Amazon, he spent over 13 years at German grocer, Metro, in European management roles.
In a LinkedIn post, Ulitzka said: “I am leaving after exciting 10 years in an incredible company with amazing colleagues. I am leaving a great team that made my job as a leader easy.
“I think it was time for a new challenge. Tilting the learning curve a bit steeper again and following my passion for groceries.”
