Boohoo.com saw sales leap by 31% to £67m in the first half of its financial year, the pureplay fashion retailer said today.
In a trading update for the six months to August 31, Boohoo.com said it had seen growth accelerate during the first half, with second quarter revenues up by 37%, compared to the same time last year. In the first quarter, growth came in at 24%.
Growth came abroad as well as home, with UK sales up by 50% in the second quarter, when other European sales rose by 50%. Growth in the rest of the world was flat when reported in the light of fluctuating exchange rates but up by 8% on a constant currency basis.
