Every rain cloud has a silver lining… if you are an umbrella seller. Thanks to the good old British weather and a new ecommerce site, pure-play umbrella retailer Brolliesgalore has lifted peak period sales by 40% and upped mobile sales by nearly a fifth.
The pureplay umbrella seller reported that transactions almost doubled during the fourth quarter of 2018 compared to the same period the previous year, while the number of visitors rose by 53%. Mobile sales increased in volume by 19%.
Founded in 2003, Brolliesgalore is working with longstanding partner Oxatis Group to optimise its web store. The retailer is using the ecommerce specialist’s SaaS technology to create a high-performing website that drives revenue.
