TouchNote, a card-sending subscription and “everyday kindness app”, has introduced an Unlimited Cards plan as it taps into a growing move to extend the value of subscription retail services .
TouchNote members can now send an unlimited number of personalised postcards (postage not included), for a single flat fee paid annually or quarterly, and can choose other card options for an additional fee. Annual TouchNote Unlimited customers can benefit from a >70% saving on RRP.
Dan Ziv, CEO at TouchNote, explains: “It’s our ambition to offer members the best value possible. We want to empower everyone to nurture their relationships through everyday acts of kindness. Earlier this year, we conducted in-depth analysis of member card usage and also asked our customers what would make our service even better for everyday use. There was a clear call for a new subscription option that was both flexible and simple. That is what we have delivered with the TouchNote Unlimited plan.”
TouchNote began developing its Unlimited offer in June 2021. Costs for the Unlimited plan start from £3.33 a month for a UK user, with rates in other regions also offering equally competitive entry level prices. This pricing model is already proving effective, with a marked increase in signups to the service.
Additionally, the new plan is increasing the average number of cards sent by each member. Initial customer feedback suggests that this is due to the perceived value, flexibility, and affordability offered by the plan. TouchNote expects this to increase customer retention and extend average customer lifetimes, as more customers adopt everyday, non-seasonal, card sending habits.
