RetailX Coronavirus Consumer Confidence Tracker – 20th May

This is an archived article - we have removed images and other assets but have left the text unchanged for your reference

This week’s survey reveals that almost as many consumers say they will continue shopping as they are now post-pandemic as say they will revert to how they shopped before. And, for the first time, more people believe the ‘public health issue will be over’ in 1-2 years than believe it will be over in 0-3 months. Scroll down to see the full results of this week’s survey or view the trend analysis to see how consumers’ behaviour and attitudes have changed since this survey began in March. (Previous weeks’ results can be seen here: 11th March, 25th March, 8th April, 22nd April, and 6th May). As always, we’re available to answer questions and suggestions about our Covid-19 and other research – see the links at the end of the article.
