In our latest research, we’re looking at how there is a need for retailers to digitally transform right now to meet rapidly changing consumer needs and demand, but to do so in a way that balances the increasingly complex front-end customer-facing activities with the back-end capabilities of retail craft and technology. In essence, they have to be both the swordsman and the swordsmith.
