The space spans four floors showcasing products in each room of the central London townhouse, from 4K TVs to state-of-the-art coffee machines.
The space features household names including the likes of Ninja, Dyson, Apple, Sonos and Peloton, allowing customers to feel and see the products in person.
It also showcases the difference between certified refurbishment and seller refurbishment.
According to the online marketplace, the most popular refurbished items on its platform are mobile phones, laptops and other technology items.
Price comparisons for products are also dotted around the location, for example, a new Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer retails at £329, whereas a refurbished one on Ebay retails at £269.99, representing a saving of £60.
All rooms in the showcase feature pre-loved and used products from the online marketplace, including furniture and clothing.
Ebay UK head of refurbished technology Mark Monte-Colombo said: “Refurbished is a great solution to getting the tech you love for less and keeping products in circulation. With the cost of living continuing to rise, we’re supporting families by showing the breadth of products you can kit out your homes with, including new tech for kids to keep them occupied over summer.
“When people think of refurbished items, they tend to think of just iPhones, laptops – however we want to show there’s so much more available – from trending kitchen appliances to highly sought-after hair stylers and even drones.”
He added: “We know quality and trust is key for customers – every product is refurbished by experts and goes through extensive testing to make sure it meets the highest standards per condition.”
Ebay’s Refurbished Residency is located at 19 Greek Street, London, W1D 4DT.
