Econsultancy is running two training courses in April that are of interest to internet retailers:

  • A Customer Experience Training session takes place on 2 April and provides an introduction to exploring the activities involved in creating and measuring engaging online experiences. It is designed to give attendees an understanding of the total customer experience — how to integrate across channels and beyond the limited online transaction.

  • An Ecommerce Usability and Best Practice for Online Retailers Training session takes place on 23 April and focuses on three key stages of the buying journey: product page, shopping basket and the checkout process. The course objective is to expose and explain a wide range of vital best practice techniques taken from SME and blue chip retailers which you can implement in your organisations’ own ecommerce platform in order to drive conversion rate improvement.
