Marks & Spencer has introduced a new online TV service, Your M&S TV. The service offers dedicated channels for each of the main Marks & Spencer categories — womenswear, lingerie, menswear, schoolwear, home, wine and food, plus sections for the latest video content and an archive.
Currently Your M&S TV contains promotional videos from the main ecommerce site and advertising plus a limited amount of original content. The wine section, for instance, features five 3-4 minute videos providing guidance on wines from different regions and for different occasions.
“Video content has an important part to play in bringing our product to life,” an M&S spokesperson has told Retail Week . “Your M&S TV helps us do that.”
