Feather & Black gets into bed with mobile web

Feather & Black , a purveyor of stylish bedroom furniture, has now launched a transactional mobile website, following a 337% increase in mobile traffic to its website in the past six months.

The fully transactional m-optimised site also integrates with GPS technology to show customers their nearest store and the latest details in their area.

“This is an exciting new venture and with our focus on making sure that we give our customers what they want, when they want it, this will enable us to service our busy customers in a far more convenient and flexible way,” says Adam Black, founder of the company. “It is really important to us that we are delivering what customers need, not only in terms of product and quality but also service. We always want to be up to date on how our customers choose to shop and our website must reflect this. These new enhancements will reinforce our multi channel offering and give our customers what they need in terms of user friendly access when they are out and about”.
