Online lingerie company figleaves.com is now using delivery management solutions provider MetaPack to streamline its delivery options.
MetaPack’s systems sit behind figleaves’ order management system, to allocate each order to the most appropriate carrier on its system. Customer services can then log into the system for updates on tracking and delivery.

Figleaves.com joins names including Debenhams, Past Times and Fitflops in going live with MetaPack in the last month.
