Frasers Group is to place over 100 jobs at the risk of redundancies at its Manchester-based office in a bid to cut costs and streamline its business.
The move is understood to be part of its efficiency drive across the firm as it continues its acquisition spree, following job cuts at its Shirebrook and London offices, which were announced last month.

Recently, the company increased its stake in fast-fashion retailer Boohoo and electrical retailer Currys.
This follows the parent company of Missguided, I Saw It First and Studio Retail cutting 200 jobs at its Shirebrook and London offices, alongside 90 jobs being affected following the acquisition of 14 brands from JD Sports at the start of the year.
Commenting on last month’s head office cuts, the group said: “We are reviewing our team structures to identify efficiencies and streamline processes, and we have entered a consultation period with colleagues affected by these changes,” it continued.
“The changes will ensure we have the right structure and talent to support continuing profitable growth for Frasers Group.”
