Leading baby goods and clothing brand, Nûby UK, is aiming to take its business through to the next stage of its latest ‘growth spurt’ with a focus on digital marketing to create a ‘family’ of engaged customers.
The retailer has teamed up with eCommerce and digital marketing agency, Visualsoft, for an initial 24-month period, following the launch of Nûby’s recently redesigned website. The new contract will see Visualsoft supporting Nûby on a mixture of marketing channels, including social media, PPC, affiliate marketing, SEO and email marketing.
The partnership comes as Nûby looks to build a stronger online community, the Nûby UK Family, where its members can share experiences, ideas, tips, product reviews and recommendations with other parents in the network.
Visualsoft will be working with Nûby using its unique Shared Success model. This joint success programme is designed to help businesses grow online as the agency fee is based on the percentage of the client’s online sales rather than a fixed monthly fee.
Aimee Cooper, Head of Digital Marketing and eCommerce at Nûby explains: “As with any new website launch, we expect there to be a few teething problems at first – and we’re used to those around here (pardon the pun!). However, we are confident and really excited for the growth of our eCommerce channel, as we continue to partner with Visualsoft in to the New Year. At Nuby we are all ‘family’, and believe all families deserve the best we can give, so we are always looking for the best solutions for growing our business.”
Emma Thompson, Head of Client Success of Visualsoft, adds: “We’re thrilled to be working with the brilliant family-founded brand, and have already seen some impressive results in the short time we have been working with Nûby. We’re excited to take the business to the next level and grow its community of parents and loyal customers, who can share first hand tips with other new parents that have yet to find their feet in the early stages of parenthood.”
Founded in 1970 in Louisiana, USA, Nûby remains a family run business operating globally. The leading baby brand sells its products in over 155 countries, employing over 40 people in the UK alone.
