New speakers have joined the line-up for this year’s Internet Retailing Conference (IRC 2015).
Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, member of the board and executive director for marketing and international at Marks & Spencer will be a keynote speaker at the event, to be held on October 14 at the Novotel Hotel in London’s Hammersmith.
David Lindsay, senior vice president for technology at Farfetch.com and Aaron Chatterley, founder of Feelunique , will also be speaking, while Usablenet has signed up to present a workshop exploring Mobile faux-pas that hurt your conversion rate.
Conference organisers have also announced new speakers for the eDelivery Conference, which takes place the previous day. Maxim Romain, general manager, Europe, Wayfair , John Mulliken, SVP, strategic initiatives at Wayfair, Dave Crellin, head of online operations development at Sainsbury’s , Nichola Wilson, ecommerce operations manager at Joseph and Alistair Sercombe, head of customer returns at Argos join the line-up at the event.
