Retailers can learn how to get the most from their technology in a series of free workshops to be held at this year’s Internet Retailing Conference (IRC 2015).

The hands-on workshops aim to give useful and highly practical insights into making the most of technologies from fraud systems to those designed to improve the customer experience.

The workshop programme starts at 11.20am, when visitors can choose to find out about mobile faux-pas that hurt conversion rates from Usablenet, the opportunities you never knew existed from SimilarWeb, or online personalisation strategies from Optimizely.

At 2pm, Kount will address common fraud disasters and how to avoid them.

The workshop programme is free to attend for both conference delegates and visitors to the free exhibition. The exhibition features the latest retail technologies from from more than 40 vendors, from Amplience to WN Direct.

The conference itself features three streams: The Customer, Products and Services, and The Order. Keynote speaker include Peter Williams, chair of Boohoo.com, and Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, member of the board and executive director, marketing and international at Marks and Spencer.
