Emma Bonar has managed ecommerce for fashion retailers in the UK and Amsterdam.

 

She is currently Head of Digital at Coast, where she is responsible for growing the digital business and integrating on and offline channels. She is focused on driving new customer acquisition and optimising retention, and the implementation of a customer referral programme last year is at the heart of the strategy to achieve these goals.
