Jacques Vert unites all its brands through one virtual basket

Shoppers can now buy from fashion brands owned by the Jacques Vert Group and check out through one virtual basket.

The Jacques Vert group has introduced the single checkout for customers buying from brands including Jacques Vert, Kaliko, Planet, Precis Petite and Windsmoor as part of its move to the Demandware platform.

“Our focus continues to be on achieving growth and finding new ways to improve the customer experience,” said Mark Aldridge, group marketing director at Jacques Vert Group. “Consumer purchasing habits are continuing to evolve and we are seeing an increase in the use of tablets and smartphones. By offering consumers one common basket across all our sites, which is optimised for tablet and smartphones, we have created a better user journey that engages customers at that crucial point of sale and bolsters conversion rates.”

Andrew Gilboy, vice president EMEA at Demandware , said it was “delighted” to be helping Jacques Vert evolve its commerce operations. “Jacques Vert Group is streamlining and enhancing the customer digital shopping experience across all of its brands,” he said.
