Coffee brand Nespresso has appointed Metapack to run its global shipping and returns services. The partnership will see a range of Metapack services implemented across Nespresso markets including Delivery Manager, Delivery Options, Delivery Tracker, Delivery Intelligence and Returns Portal.
The use of a global standardised suite of products is aimed to streamline delivery and returns operations around the world for Nespresso, as well as remove complexities around carrier integrations and management. Through its shipping API, Metapack will manage and maintain integrations and provide Nespresso with access to its vast library of carriers and delivery services.
