New partner development program aims to set worldwide standard for returns

Returns management platform ReBOUND has launched an international partner development program as it aims to set a worldwide standard for retail returns.
The program allows partners access to the company’s returns platform, research and assets and is already running in the US, Canada, Russia, Estonia, Hong Kong, Israel and Portugal. More countries will be added as it expands further.

The company has hired Phil Hanna, former partnership director at Yodel, in the role of business development director to help with the company’s expansion within the UK. Whilst at Yodel he was involved in the launch of retail parcel collection network Collect+.

ReBOUND has also recently opened a new London office in Covent Garden. “ReBOUND has always been a global-minded business since we set out four years ago,” said ReBOUND CEO Graham Best. “The premise is simple: returns from anywhere, to anywhere. Our carrier partners are more than just an IT integration and the formal launch of the ReBOUND partner program recognises this,” he said.

Hanna said he was pleased to be joining the business. “The eCommerce delivery space is hungry for innovation. Retailers are waking up to the fact that poor returns factor into the consumer decision-making process; brands are starting to take their returns service far more seriously. ReBOUND are a true disruptor, offering a first to market returns platform that has already transformed the offerings from the most innovative retailers,” he said.
