In today’s Internet Retailing newsletter, we report from our annual expo, where visitor numbers were up by a quarter, where a range of conference speakers from retailers including Boots, Asda, M&S and Debenhams gave us food for thought, and where a wide range of suppliers gave some visitors just the solutions they were seeking.

Elsewhere, we also report on some of the other major happenings of the week in the multichannel and ecommerce industries. We report on figures from Next and Asos, and on this week’s retail sales figures from the ONS. And we also have a guest comment from Sarah McVittie of Dressipi, who was one of the speaker at IRX 2013 this week.
