There is less than a week left to nominate the best multichannel and ecommerce retailers in the UK for the annual Internet Retailing Awards 2014.

Winners of the awards will celebrate at an exclusive event at One Mayfair on Thursday June 26.

Last year they included Tesco , Burberry , Asos , Lakeland , eBay , Amazon , Oasis/Warehouse and LoveHoney . Who will win this year? The race is wide open, and there’s still time to have your say by nominating a retailer that you think has made big strides over the last year. They might be new into the market, long-established or simply a name that others haven’t thought of.

Internet Retailing editors Ian Jindal, Emma Herrod, Paul Skeldon and Chloe Rigby have been discussing the question in their editors’ meeting, where they recorded two podcasts. In the first, they discuss the contenders they rate in the innovation category, and in the second they look at names to notice in the mobile and internet retailing in-store (IRIS) categories.

Then click here to make your nominations. You can complete the nomination form in full or in part, you can nominate your own company (giving reasons), or you can nominate another retailer that’s really impressed you and stood out this year.

Strong contenders are likely to hail from our Top500 list of UK retailers. But judges will be very open to spotting new players as they emerge in a fast developing market.

There’ll also be more chances to win, thanks to the creation of new award categories, including the
Market Entry Award, Service Sector Award and Brand Award. They add to existing awards recognising innovation, omnichannel achievement, mobile retailing, internet retailing in-store (IRIS), the retailer’s approach to the customer, capability and international achievement in the industry.

Nominate on one of the forms to be found here or tweet your nomination, #theawards to @etail. Nominations close on May 5.

There’s still time to snap up a discounted early bird ticket to the event – though be warned, the opportunity expires at midnight on May 5.
