The service allows shoppers to shop from around 1,500 items across baby, kidswear before collecting from their chosen store on a specific date.

“It’s a really exciting moment for us as we take our click & collect trial to the next level and bring it to 32 of our stores in and around London,” Primark UK retail director Kari Rodgers said.
“This means the service is now available in around a third of our UK stores, giving even more customers the added choice and convenience click & collect offers and complementing experience within our stores.”
Rodgers added: “The feedback we’ve had from customers in the stores already in the trial has been encouraging so we’re looking forward to learning more as we expand the trial further.”
The move comes as the 2022 DeliveryX UK Top500 report revealed more retailers have started offering click and collect options, alongside reserve.
According to the research, 39% of the UK Top500 retailers that were also in the ranking in 2020 now offer reserve online/collect in-store.
This is a massive increase of 35 percentage points. Overall, 47% of the UK Top500 retailers offer collection in stores of some sort, it revealed.
