ReBOUND, the returns management platform company, has hired Raju Dhanhoa, previously of sports retailer Surfdome as its operations director.
At Surfdome he was head of supply chain operations and was also a customer of ReBOUND. His new responsibilities will include overseeing company processes, driving supply chain innovation and leading the operations team.
ReBOUND recently partnered with Boxberry to become the only platform to offer seamless returns across Russia – a country where the company now handles 30,000 returns a month. It has also recently integrated with new partners including Doddle and Asda’s toyou service.
“For too long returns has been the forgotten child of the supply chain but ReBOUND have shown how impactful getting it right can be for retailers,” said Dhanhoa. “When working with them at Surfdome I was blown away by the speed and scalability of their service. I’m excited to bring my own experience of the customer and retailer relationship to support ReBOUND’s vision for how returns can support retailer growth.”
