The RetailX Top250 Brand Index (RXBX) Report is now in its third year. Based on research conducted for the InternetRetailing Europe Top500, it focuses in on both Europe’s retail brands and consumer brands selling directly to the public.
The RXBX begins with a Footprint ranking, based on revenues, store networks and web traffic. RetailX researchers then assess brands through six Performance Dimensions: Strategy & Innovation, The Customer, Merchandising, Brand Engagement, Operations & Logistics and Mobile & Cross-channel.
It’s an approach that helps us understand more accurate which brands are performing most strongly, and the strategies, tools and technologies that are helping them to achieve these results.
