Wincanton is developing a new distribution centre for client Screwfix in northern England.
The 128,000 square foot site at Prologis Park in Stafford will be the hardware and tools retailer’s fifth in Staffordshire.
It will open in August, with the capacity to support Screwfix through peak season later this year and with the space and facilities available to allow staff to socially distance.
