Cycling apparel brand Rapha is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, from 7bridges, to create more resilient supply chains.

Over the past two years, Rapha has faced an increase in demand which presented new challenges. Therefore the performance brand looked to partner with an experienced supply chain management platform provider, with the aim of optimising its supply chain and improve customer delivery experience.

Rapha will use 7bridges’ AI technology to help manage the various carriers and service providers with which it currently works, streamlining the invoicing process, ensuring that service levels are always met, and automating the dispute and recovery process for any erroneous charges.
