Today we also some food for thought this festive season. We bring you insights into Lego’s omnichannel shopping experience, and into Alza’s approach to the UK market, while today’s serving of 2017 retail predictions ranges from mobile to merchandising.

Our guest comment comes from Steve McNicholas of CallCredit on using big data, while we also have guest analysis from Mark Flegg of CSC on the role of SSL certificates in managing risk.
