THG Ingenuity taps PwC to improve customer experiences online

THG Ingenuity has partnered with PwC to help brands design, build and run immersive customer experiences online.

The partnership has been launched to help businesses across different sectors to access technology through the direct-to-consumer (DTC) spectrum.

As a result, the international professional services brand will lead the business strategy, research and design of the businesses’ ecommerce platforms. with THG Ingenuity providing technology and operations.
