Victoria Beckham Beauty is the latest retailer to target China, with the launch of a flagship store on Alibaba’s Tmall Global platform, China’s biggest cross-border e-commerce platform.

The new online store will provide Chinese consumers with exclusive access to special product launches and a wide range of Victoria Beckham Beauty clean beauty skincare and makeup products. The brand joins a growing list of global luxury brands that are partnering with Alibaba to introduce their products to Chinese shoppers through Alibaba’s latest marketing tools and innovations.

“Chinese consumers are some of the most well-informed beauty shoppers in the world,” says Victoria Beckham, Co-founder and Creative Director of Victoria Beckham Beauty. “That’s why we’re extremely excited to partner with Tmall Global to enter the China market and share our clean beauty vision with millions of new customers. We’re also thrilled about our livestream with Viya, one of China’s biggest influencers, on Tmall Global on July 27, which will feature an exclusive offer on our new Power Glow Set.”

Victoria Beckham Beauty has created an exclusive set of skincare products to celebrate its launch on the Tmall Global platform.

“You can’t be a successful global brand without a solid China business – it’s just not possible these days,” adds Sarah Creal, Co-Founder and CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty. “So when we began to think about expanding to China, we knew that we wanted to partner with Tmall Global because it represents the best. It’s the top in luxury beauty in China. We’re focused on building a strategic luxury beauty brand that is very modern, forward-thinking and fresh, and this is the next key step to our growth strategy.”

Co-founders Beckham and Creal launched Victoria Beckham Beauty in 2019 with a mission to create the super clean luxury products they felt were missing from their own personal beauty and makeup kits. To develop their high-performance skincare products, the partners began working with Professor Augustinus Bader, one of the world’s leading stem-cell scientists, who has spent 30 years researching the body’s regenerative processes. The brand’s streamlined skincare regimen relies on product formulas that incorporate technology developed by Professor Bader as well as potent new active ingredients.
