VIDEO Chargebee: Subscriptions need to go beyond the tech

Ahead of SubscriptionX II on 09 October 2024, Stephan Ariesen, director of EMEA at Chargebee, discusses why retention is the new acquisition for subscription retailers.

Ariesen will join a packed panel at the executive briefing next month, which will cover the focus by subscription companies on their retention curve as the key driver of sustainable growth and profitability.

Speaking ahead of the conference, he stresses that to drive customer value you need to be “obsessed” with your customers and go beyond technology. Watch the full interview below:
