Accept More Customers: Mitigating Mobile Fraud

Rapid mCommerce growth has been accompanied by an increase in mobile fraud rates. Traditional fraud-prevention data points and tools may not be optimised for mCommerce, leading to a risk of rejecting genuine orders. Fraud strategies need to be tuned specifically for mCommerce but incorporate cross-channel activity while remaining flexible and vigilant in order to anticipate fraud behaviour through robust reporting.
