How fashion retailer Coast use the power of referral to drive new customer acquisition

With an increasing shift to online shopping combined with an ever-changing media landscape, retailers are looking for cost effective ways to increase customer acquisition. At the same time, consumers are becoming more distrustful of traditional news and media sources and turning to recommendations and reviews to make purchase decisions.

In this webinar we will discuss:

  • Whether referral marketing is right for all brands
  • How to integrate referral into your customer journey
  • What are the motivations behind customer advocacy
  • How referral can improve metrics like AOV and LTV
