Retailers are set to gain access to new customer acquisition, targeting and measurement capabilities through a partnership between payments platform Zilch and AI-powered commerce platform Rezolve Ai.
The partnership sees Rezolve Ai’s Reward platform integrated with Zilch’s AI-powered Intelligent Commerce platform, enabling Zilch’s flexible, fee-free payment options to be extended across a wider network of UK retailers both online and in-store.
What this means for retailers
For retailers, the partnership isn’t just about payments. Brands that join through the Reward platform gain access to Zilch’s growing customer base, while also benefiting from first-party spending data and insights designed to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
Powered by Zilch’s spending data, Intelligent Commerce provides retailers with real-time insight into customer behaviour across thousands of merchants, enabling precision targeting and full-funnel attribution across both online and physical retail channels. According to Zilch, brands using the platform have reported return on ad spend improvements of between 20% and 50%, alongside significant sales growth.
The partnership also creates a new route for retailers to reach high-intent shoppers through personalised offers integrated into the payment journey.
Offering customers more value
Andreas Andreou, chief revenue officer at Zilch, said: “Our focus has always been on giving customers more from their everyday spending by offering more flexible ways to pay and more value from every transaction. This partnership with Reward significantly expands the range of retailers our customers can access subsidised credit in-store and online through Zilch. It also brings more great brands onto Intelligent Commerce where we can help them connect with our highly engaged customer base in the most effective way.”
Daniel M. Wagner, CEO and chairman of Rezolve Ai, said that the partnership offers “measurable value” for consumers, merchants and payment providers. James House, CEO of Reward, added that the partnership would help brands diversify customer engagement strategies while delivering “measurable sales growth“ through access to a new payments audience.
This move reflects the growing convergence of payments, retail media and customer data as retailers seek more measurable ways to drive acquisition and conversion.
