Baby food supplier Organix grows D2C side of business with new website – and a twist of personalisation

Leading UK baby food and toddler snacking brand Organix is upping its D2C offering with the launch of a new online shop, allowing consumers who are struggling to get hold of their favourite foods in the current climate to buy direct.

The new online store will not only allow consumers to buy the whole range from the Organix website, as well as offeringthe opportunity for them to personalise their favourite snacks. Now a customer can have their child’s name written on a box of their favourite flavoured Oaty Bars or Gruffalo Biscuits – providing the perfect present or memento of their favourite snacking moments.

In addition to the personalisation, there will also be a range of Organix merchandise for sale including cuddly toys, milestone and phonic cards, featuring all their favourite Organimals.

The new shop will be hosted and fulfilled by PHL, with initial shipping only available within the UK, but there are plans to extend this at a later date.

Mona Nikzad, Digital and E-Commerce Marketing Strategist explains: “In the current climate, brands are having to move quickly to adapt to the needs of their customers. We know from talking to ours that they want to minimise their trips to retail outlets and when their favourite baby foods and toddler snacks are out of stock, this can be frustrating. By launching our new online shop, we’re supporting them and our retailers to get what they need, without having to go out more than they want to.”

She concludes: “We’re also really excited to announce the personalisation service, offering something truly unique in this category for parents to mark their little one’s magical moments.”
