Future of Commerce Search – Convert More High Intent Customers

The effectiveness of a typical text search engine is hitting its limits. Consumer behaviours are becoming more sophisticated; we’re engaged in more ways than ever before and inspired by more content on different platforms. In the face of this, text search for eCommerce just isn’t the solution it once was. So how do we help consumers find the products they want faster?

There’s an evolution happening with Search, aiming to improve consumers’ experience. According to Gartner, retailers can increase digital commerce revenue by at least 30% by adding visual and voice search to their existing search experience. Even more interesting is the possibility of a smarter, integrated, multi-search approach that retailers could use to transform both consumer experiences and retailer revenues.

Join Paul Skeldon on Thursday 12 January with Vince Koh, Global Head of Digital Commerce at AWS, and Brendan O’Shaughnessy, Chief Commercial Officer at ViSenze, as they discuss the future of commerce search and share insights on how brands and retailers can look forward to embracing a new type of search and discovery experience for their shoppers.
