  3. Think beyond automating traditional services use cases – how can you leverage AI across all stages of the customer journey (marketing, sales and service) to create more connected, contextual and seamless customer and employee experiences.
  4. Define your success metrics and incorporate the best POCs into line of business pilots.
  5. Apply your learnings and roll out. Avoid the ‘black box’ approach with the need for specialist skills and knowledge to enhance and onward develop.
