Global luxury fashion brand Jaeger has launched a new transactional mobile site, created by DesignUK, to close the circle on its multichannel strategy that will give Jaeger customers across the globe a consistent shopping experience.

Making Jaeger’s entire flagship collection accessible, Jaeger has created a mobile-optimised site that can be used across multiple handsets, giving the site longevity as new models come on the market.

• Shoppers can choose to pay across multiple currency options
• International delivery options, as per Jaeger’s main e-commerce site
Coupled with the continued overall growth of mobile visits, Jaeger’s new transactional mobile site is anticipated to more than double the rate at which visits from smartphones convert to purchase, with a predicted 80% increase of total mobile sales within the next six months.
Since the start of the year, Jaeger has seen its sales and visits from mobile devices double. With mobile sales (inc. iPad) now accounting for 8% of its total sales, Jaeger has created the mobile-optimised solution to leverage the potential of the channel. As general mobile usage accelerates, figures show that 54% of users who use a Smartphone are happy to purchase via m-commerce (YouGov).
