The first episode of a brand new podcast, recorded at the inaugural Retail MediaX event, sees Jon Beill, chief growth officer at LS Eleven – Asda’s loyalty and retail media business – and Sam Knights, CEO at SMG, discuss how Asda is bringing its loyalty and media operations together to create a power retail media network.
Beill explains that LS Eleven “really puts the data at the heart of media” and its work with SMG has powered that, resulting in “a team within Asda really partnering with the categories and partnering with the brands to explode retail media, in the market that is exploding itself”.
