On 14 May 2024, RetailX Events will run four events under one roof, harnessing RetailX’s unique research while bringing together the industry’s brightest minds for analysis and discussion.

ConsumerX
Between 0930 – 1300, the customer and the value they bring will be the focus of one stream. ConsumerX aims to provide insights into the behaviour of the ‘next customer.’ There will be speakers from Adidas, Bang & Olufsen, Dame, The Hut Group and many more. For the full list, visit here.

During the opening session Astrid & Miyu, Autotrader and Turtle Bags will discuss whether retailers are leading customers with their own values or responding to the consumers? And who does the value belong to?

There will also be a look at values-based marketing and changing perceptions. Furthermore, a keynote debrief will provide in-depth practitioner-chaired peer conversations.

The event – sponsored by Adobe, Emarsys and Imagino – will also see the introduction of the RetailX ConsumerX App which is designed to integrate consumer data, surveys, and cutting-edge research.

DigitalX
Across the whole day, DigitalX will examine the landscape of AI-powered technology and how to improve overall D2C marketing performance. It will also cover the right digital channels to better reach customers.

John Lewis Partnership, Kurt Geiger, Look Fabulous Forever and Shein are all speaking, view the full list here.

There will be presentations on Driving Growth and Supplier Collaboration through Customer Data & Insights; Transforming Marketing Directions into Measureable, Profitable, Experience-led Growth; and How Technology Advances in AI Offer More Narrow Targeting to Consumers. The full agenda can be viewed here.

Additionally, sponsors Upp, Rokt, Akeneo, Vaimo,Vdx.tv, CheckoutChamp and Webloyal will be on the exhibition floor for further discussion.

SubscriptionsX
Following the success of the 2023 launch event, SubscriptionX returns with more presentations, panels and fireside chats looking at the subscription economy. This event brings together experts within the B2C sector of multichannel retailers, brands, and media, to foster a cross-pollination of ideas.

Natural beauty brand Wild will provide the first fireside chat of the day, followed by speakers from Gousto, Nespresso, The Economist, Specsavers, Peloton and many more.

The day will wrap up with a Founders Forum & Roundtables. Creators of subscription businesses come together to share the critical inflection points for their brands, with speakers from Beer52, Hunter & Gather and JOMO Club taking to the stage.

SustainabilityX
Between 1400 – 1730 the focus will be on the sustainability management challenges and how retailers can be better prepared to shape a positive business model.

Asda, Avon, JD Sports, N Brown Group, Olio, Reskinned and Reformation will all take to the stage. Presentations include Understanding the Business Case for Sustainability; Effecting Change to Become a Force for Good and Keynote Debrief Discussion: Shaping Forces for Sustainability in the Enterprise. With just over a month to go, there is still time to register for the event. Further information, including the exclusive reports to be introduced, can be found here.
