AO extends click and collect partnership for new consumer technology range

Online electricals retailer AO is renowned for its company owned logistics network to deliver white goods but with the launch of consumer tech lines the retailer is now extending a click and collect partnership to increase delivery options.
The company has launched a new range of consumer tech including laptops and tablets as well as desktop computers, printers and inks, which can now be delivered or returned through CollectPlus’ network of nearly 6,000 locations. Delivery is based on the customer’s chosen date and is free of charge.

Neil Ashworth, CEO of CollectPlus, said the company had worked closely with AO to ensure it could offer the same delivery service quality AO customers have come to love. “We’re very excited to be building on our relationship with AO, a partner for whom customer experience is just as important as it is for us. Our head of customer services has spent time at AO’s offices, gaining valuable insight into how the business puts the customer first,” he said.
