The Delivery Conference 2024 is less than a month away, with a host of ecommerce, logistics and last-mile speakers set to take to the stage in London.
The theme of the one-day event is how to Overcome ecommerce unpredictability in 2024, and delegates will have an opportunity to discover insights into how they can optimise data-driven and tech-anchored growth.
AI will also be on the TDC 2024 agenda, with expert and author Nina Schick providing a keynote address: The rapid evolution of AI and how it will impact ecommerce.
Furthermore, Albert Ko, CEO of Auctane, the company behind TDC, will be co-presenting the key findings from the company’s annual Ecommerce Delivery Benchmark Report conducted with Retail Economics.
New speakers recently added to the programme will represent: Microsoft, Relay, Zedify, Google Cloud, BackMarket, HelloDone and HIVED. These firms join the likes of John Lewis, Uber Direct, B&Q, AllSaints and UPS, who will all take to the stage at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on 06 February 2024.
On the morning of the 06 February, the conference will split across four tracks: Upgrading your Customer Experience; Carriers and Logistics Innovation; Using Marketplaces to Maximise Growth; and Discovery Theatre, taking attendees up to the lunch break.
After lunch, two streams will allow delegates to select from a keynote presentation on the rapid evolution of AI and its impact on ecommerce, followed by a panel discussing the risks that AI poses and the opportunities it offers; or a session hosted by InPost, followed by a presentation on the demands of online shoppers, culminating with the use of conversational AI through WhatsApp. The afternoon plenary at 4pm will focus on how to futureproof operations to meet changes in consumer demands.
Each year, TDC is attended by leading retailers, carriers and technology companies as they gather to discuss the ecommerce challenges in the year ahead and share strategies for success.
