Jacobs, the largest independent photographic retailer in the UK, is to install Maginus‘s Multi Channel Commerce (MCC).
The system, which will be hosted by Maginus, is built on Microsoft’s Dynamics AX ERP solution, and will be implemented in the retailer’s 17 stores, its back office operation and its central distribution centre. MCC will also replace the company’s existing transactional website.
“We went through a careful selection process, as this software is an investment in the future of the company,” says Elliott Jacobs, general manager at the photographic retailer. “We required a solution that would not only provide support, but had the capability to grow with the company and continue to improve our services, and MCC had the capability to deliver.”
