We’re running a series of previews and interviews with speakers ahead of IRC 2019. Today we focus on the customer experience conference.

Speakers from Liberty London, John Lewis and Figleaves are among the speakers in the customer experience conference at this year’s IRC 2019.

The conference follows on from the morning plenary session at IRC 2019, and starts at 11.30am with a panel session, Channel switch between off-line and online: how to replicate the personal magic touch. Eric Fergusson, director of commerce at Liberty London, Sienne Veit, director, digital at John Lewis, and Michael Langguth co-founder and COO of Poq, will be on the panel for this 40-minute session.

Stacey Wildlitz, president of SW Retail Advisors will then give a case study presentation from 12.10pm.

Delegates can then hear directly from industry leaders in a series of one-on-one interviews with chief executives of multichannel and commerce businesses. Miriam Lahage, chief executive of Figleaves will be in the spotlight in this section.

The conference will then be followed by lunch, further conference streams and the afternoon plenary session. Click here for an overview of the day’s plenary sessions. We’ll be exploring the remaining conference streams, on customer expectations, customer experience, customer engagement and loyalty, tech enablers and innovation, growth and new markets in future previews.
