About the Guide
Regular readers will know this publication as the Procurement Guide. In 2016 it’s back for the fifth year with a new title that reflects its position at the centre of our Top500 research-led reports. These analyse the performance of the UK’s leading ecommerce and multichannel retailers, learning from the experience of those traders, and sharing insights and practical approaches that traders of all sizes can use to strong effect in their own businesses. In this guide, we use that analysis to inform our findings about the digital direction of the British retail industry, and about the technology that forms the foundations of the industry.
