When innovation means opening on the high street

In today’s Internet Retailing newsletter we cover a new report that underlines the ever-closer integration of online and the store. To cue, we also have news of one etailer’s move onto the high street. Moo.com’s chief executive Richard Moross describes the move to open a shop selling print-to-order business cards as an innovation – and indeed, while opening a shop might not be the 21st century shopper’s first idea of innovation, this one certainly is something new.
